How are my boards packed for shipping?

We inspect every package before it is collected for delivery. Every Froth Monsters board and paddle is wrapped in protective plastic plus extra padding for the nose and tail. Items are then placed in a thick cardboard box and securely sealed.

What areas do you deliver to?

We will deliver to most areas of Australia with free shipping. For overseas deliveries please enquire at info@frothmonsters.com.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses or parcel lockers?

No.

Can you deliver to an apartment/unit complex?

Yes. Please clearly note the unit number when placing the order. Please ensure that the recipient is home to accept the delivery.

Can I request a delivery time?

No. Froth Monsters Pty Ltd’s nominated carrier will confirm a day for delivery but are unable to provide a delivery time. If you are unable to be available at the delivery address during delivery hours we recommend you nominate a work address or the address of a family member who can guarantee they’ll be present. Risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the good(s) by the carrier. We cannot take responsibility for no-signature deliveries once left at your address, so we recommend selecting signature delivery if you feel your address is unsafe to have a parcel left.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home? 

If the recipient isn’t at home, two things will happen:

  1. If you have granted us an 'authority to leave' (ATL) when placing your Order, the carrier will leave the goods unattended and without signature at the nominated delivery address. By providing this consent you acknowledge and agree that, once the courier has left the goods at the delivery address, the complete order has been received. Please see Terms and Conditions for full details.
  2. If you have not granted us an 'authority to leave' (ATL) when placing your Order the driver will leave a calling card with contact details. The customer can organise a re-delivery, or arrange to collect the good(s) from a storage depot if applicable. Additional charges may be applicable for redelivery or storage.

How much does a re-delivery or storage cost?

Re-delivery charges may vary from $30 to $60 and will be charged to your credit card following redelivery of the goods.

What do I do if I am present to take delivery and the packing or product was damaged during shipping?

If the packaging has been compromised during shipping follow these steps:

Before you sign your delivery docket/consignment note, ask your driver to stay with you while you unpack and inspect your delivery. If the driver is unwilling to wait while you check your package for potential damage then mark the delivery docket/consignment note “BOX DAMAGED” before your signature and the driver can leave. Please document the damaged packaging with good quality photos and contact us immediately at info@frothmonsters.com.

If the driver agrees to stay, open and inspect your package carefully. If it has been damaged in any way, then please mark the consignment note as "DAMAGED" before providing your signature. If there is no damage then sign the drivers’ consignment note.

If your package or packaging has been DAMAGED, then please document the damage with good quality photos and contact us immediately to register the damage at info@frothmonsters.com

What happens if I provide you with the wrong address?

If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.

Do you deliver on weekends? 

No.
 
Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, providing we have not started the dispatch process. Email us as soon as possible to info@frothmonsters.com. Froth Monsters Pty Ltd does not guarantee it will be able to make the change.

What methods of payment do you accept? 

All major credit cards and Paypal.

What happens once I have placed my order?

You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided immediately after you have confirmed the order. You will then receive a second email confirming dispatch with a tracking number.

How long will it take to receive my goods?

The product will be dispatched 2-3 working days following the order and depending on where you live delivery could take 5-10 business days (up to 14 business days for rural WA).

Can I track my order?

Yes. Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once the order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation which will include a tracking number. You will be able to track your order online by clicking the link in the email.
